Blazeway Care Services is a Georgia-based Medicaid-approved provider delivering Personal Support Services (PSS) to seniors and individuals with disabilities through the Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP) and SOURCE.
Our trained Personal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities so members can remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
While our current focus is on direct care services, we plan to offer Medicaid-funded case management in the future once provider enrollment reopens. Private-pay care coordination is available upon request.
